[A/S] Canadians??? (was: New to the list)

We haven't bought our bullet yet, but we ARE Canadian. Unfortunately, 
we are in Toronto - got sucked into its vortex decades ago, now 
planning our escape! Will eventually be full-timing.

There are some topics of particular interest to us Canucks:

- out of country medical coverage
- which border crossings are more "tin-can friendly"
- what paperwork is required crossing the border
- reviews of Canadian RV dealers
- fuel economy figures in either metric or Imperial...

Would you believe that there are only 4 official Airstream dealers in 
this whole country? Luckily 2 of them are only a day-trip from 
Toronto. Does anyone know of RV dealers in Ontario who sell quality 
used Airstreams?
