Let's stay in touch offline if you do the '84!  I bought an '84 Excella 34 for $6,000 
also, thinking that I needed to replace almost everything....as it turned out, all 
appliances are fine, and look good, as does the cabinetry, although I could use a 
re-stain on them, plus a repair to one of the doors.

The L-sofas are in need of refinishing, but are there.

It would be fun to compare notes as we go.
