[A/S] 84 Limited

It looks like I might be finally upgrading from my '77 31ft. I have a buyer 
that really want's it.
I'm looking at a used '89-'91 Excella and Limited for 16,000 to 20,000
and a used '84 Limited w/good thermopane windows for 6000.00
it needs total redo,,,,6 new tires, 6 aluminum wheels refinished, complete 
body recoat and woodgrain LIMITED decal/emblem. Owner replaced Dometic with 
GE electric......thankgoodness the size was the same and the cabinets were'nt 
butchered.
I'd have my dealer switche the ExcellaVac power brakes from my trailer with 
the electric brakes on the Limited. Interior had L-front sofa/loveseat. 
Person took out Loveseat to put in recliner. I doubt if I could find another 
so would have to order this from Airstream. It seems the price is right to be 
able to spend 9-12thousand on restoring it. plus it still has the aluminum 
framing for the cabinets so it's a bit lighter than newer solid oak models....
any advice would be most appreciated.!
