Little help please . . .

Subject:  1972 - 27' Overlander

Location: somewhere in North America.

Problem: 12Volt jack works,  12Volt H2O pump works, galley hood does not work, NO interior lights.

Trailer is parked with only 12Volt, on-board, battery for power.

When hooked up to tow vehicle - same as above

When plugged into shore power EVERYTHING WORKS including interior lights and fan.

Inverter / charger has 4 -  12Volt fuses - all good.

Any thoughts on where to start tracing?  Is there an inline fuse somewhere on the 
interior lighting circuits ?  Is there a separate 12Volt fuse panel that I haven't 
found, in the 10 years I have owned this Overlander ?
