[A/S] Replace Vista View windows?

Has anyone installed a replacement Vista View window?

I have a 78 Ambassador 28'.  The manual I have states
that you only need drill out the rivets now holding the
Vista View window in place and gently lift up with a 
putty knife around the edge. Use pop rivets to install.
A #30 drill is  suggested to drill out the existing rivets.
(.128).

I purchased two new Vista View windows that were in storage 
in a loft. They were $92 each. They appear as though they 
just have just come from the manufacturer.

I wonder if they really install that easy?
