Eric,
Actually you can keep the 13" wheel size.  We recently changed an axle on a Bambi, and 
the first of the week I ordered one for another Bambi.  The old axles have a 10" brake 
drum with 4 bolts. That pattern is no longer available. So we went with the 10" drum 
with 5 bolts. We were able to get a replacement 13" wheel that fit just fine. Kept
the customer's new tires too.  The new axle actually fit the frame better than the old 
one. The mount lines up exactly with the frame. It was necessary remove spacers that 
had been added and drill new holes in the frame rail. The new install is actually 
cleaner than the old one.
