I called D/C a couple of weeks after my truck was delivered.  I found 
the listing for the manual on their site.  Technically, it wasn't 
their site, but a redirect to another that provides the manuals.

In fewer words, I do have the correct '01 manual since there are 
specific references to it throughout.....
