Chuck,

Measure the length of the awning roller rough awning width.  Installed width
will be approximately 1 and 1/2 inch less.  The other dimension, distance
from trailer side to roller when awning is extended, is standard to awning
manufacturer and hardware.  You won't need that measurement.

Camping World and other RV parts suppliers offer replacement fabric at
reasonable prices if your hardware is intact and functional.
