I installed the MaxAir roof vent covers as sold by camping World.  They are 
great!  We spend a lot of time here in FL, and you never know when it may 
blow up a shower or a hard rain.  After a couple of months here last winter, 
we decided we needed a way to keep the vents open.  The vent covers were the 
answer.  I can leave all the vents open and do not have to worry about rain.  
They are not hard to install and are not expensive.  We left the trailer 
unattended here for about a month with the vents open.  Trailer smelled very 
fresh when we returned.
