I just installed a $49.00 microwave in my airstream with no vent in front, has vents 
on the side I can assure you it will be working 5 years from now. I have a $69.00 
microwave in my sail boat , cost more because it was done a few years ago. It has been 
bounced around on the water in heavy weather and it is working fine. The ones I have 
seen installed in RV'S don't look like quality to me just cheap like the stero 
systems. But each to his own.

The very expensive NORCOLD marine refer system I installed on the boat lasted 3 yrs 
and when the compressor failed NORCOLD did not carry replacement parts. I now have a 
$99.00 apartment unit in the boat and it has been working great for 2 years. So much 
for marine and heavy duty units.
