I believe that Can Am RV (http://www.can-am-rv.com) says that they
frequently find recievers that are bent/deformed. Apparently, many
aren't strong enough.
IIRC, a "Class III" hitch is rated for 10,000#, with a 1000# tounge
weight. That SHOULD be enough for an A/S, but can be marginal.
