[A/S] Another Propane Cylinder question

Hi yawl,

Has any one on the list heard any cons about not filling your propane tanks
to full prior to storage for winter?

One thing I heard was that if he tanks were not full prior to storage then
water can get inside causing rust to form on the inside of the tanks.

The gas delivery guy that fills my 500 gal. tank for the house said this is
not true because of the pressure in the tank will keep the water out.

Any feedback would be appreciated
