Bob, IMHO you are not out of the woods just yet. Going from a 16,000 to a
35,000 BTU furnace will necessitate additional output vents or you will run
a risk of the double sized unit overheating. Hopefully you have already
added outlets. It will likely cycle on and off excessively even if properly
vented. Check with a RV dealer service folks. I have a 30,000 BTU Suburban I
had intended to use to replace the 34 year old 22,000 BTU unit in my ' 68
Tradewind but was advised to not do it and especially not unless I proved
more airflow and added at least one more outlet vent. FWIW.
