I think fulltimers register theirs at a post office box in the state 
they pick as a home state. That way you could have any mail regarding 
the TT forwarded to you. There is a big difference from one state to 
another on cost of registion, sales tax Ins & lic plates. You might 
want to check that out. Calif is very high in every catagory. You 
probably need to register it in the state your going to keep it in.
