Patrick,

If you are on a tight budget, you might try talking an RV dealer or
automobile dealer into loaning you his dealer plates or have him move the
trailer for you.  Dealer plates do not require a registration of the
vehicle.

Buy him dinner or bring him a bottle of Crown Royal!
