My label is about 6" out from a 2" square of aluminum at the main frame 
channel and from my manual at the intersection of a cross channel--- if you 
don't see the square aluminum at the main channel it may be that all 
AIRSTREAMS are not the same and that is why so many people that I respect say 
between the axles to be safe!
