If I shut it down it won't be for long.  I am trying to find things that 
might be on, The wires black taped together are for a radio sterio system in 
a storage unit.  A
solid state Central Control System panel was also taken off above the exhaust 
over the oven.  
I may wait to get the whole thing looked at in Feb. March.   It will probably 
be the fuse with the tiny wire that is attached got loose again.
I really appreciate your advice.
