Hi Joy, just a word of warning. I tighten as tight as I can by hand, then
use the strap tool to remove. I have tightened with the tool once before
and had to cut the filter off in pieces the next oil change. Way too tight!

Makes me glad I am a Texan. No state income tax and gas is $0.97 and
diesel is $1.07. Come on down, there is always room for more. hi hi
