[A/S] Out of Round Tires and Concrete

Two things I have read or heard.  The tire and concrete problem was 
with rubber tires.  The new compounds in tires are not affected by 
concrete.  True or not, I don't know but it makes sense to me.  The 
second is the out of round tire from sitting.  I was told that this 
only affected bias ply tires.  Living in the Great White North as I 
do, my personal experience has verified this.  I have never had a 
thump thump with a radial tire.  I have however had morning tire with 
bias ply tires.  Solution, run radial tires made of other than 
rubber.  (I think this is at least most of them if not all)  Most of 
the above is only my opinion, however the opinions of others is 
included for erudition.  One thing I have found.  I never see a black 
tread mark on my asphalt driveway from my tires sitting too long in 
one place.  I wonder why that is??? 8=))))
