 I had the same idea as you. See

This is a pic of my control panel, the lower RH switch is from Radio
Shack and includes a pilot light. It's connected to wires that presently
hang in the bottom of the fridge compartment to power a fan for boosting
the airflow. One of these days, I'll get one of those Round Tuits and
add the fan. :-)
