Norma,
To make them I believe what you do is the following;
Buy (pretty high$) a large piece of Plexiglass and a heat gun with a
fan-shaped heat spreader.
You need to replicate the curve you want in a wood or metal form (also
called a slope). In the case of a Airstream, you will need a compound
form as the guards bend in two directions at the same time.
You then place your precut piece of Plexiglass over the form and apply
heat evenly until the Plexiglass "slumps" into place.
You then have your rock guards and are also set to start making them for
sale. They would be pretty high unless you could find a cheap source for
the 'glass.
