I don't think you are going to hear any negatives about the 
2020...I've only heard good things, so far.  I got one, after a poor 
experience with a Tekonsha Voyager, and like it so far - only make 
one trip with it, from Ocala to Top of Ga.  Walt's great, and he 
stocks them.  You'll love it, IMHO.
