Terry,
 Last Winter, we stayed in a park in League City, just outside Houston,
that had phone jacks at the sites. They were connected to a hotel-like
phone system and the park manager would activate the jack for $2.00/day,
unlike most other parks with phone jacks that were as you describe. We
paid the $2.00/day and spent hours and hours on the Web, from our
trailer, during our short stay.
