While hooking up my SewerSolution on a recent outing I found a crack in the supply hose connection on the Backflow Preventer Valve. I am trying to contact Sewer Solution through their web site at www.serersolution.com but it keeps timing out. Has anyone else had in problems with the SewerSolution. Don Hardman
