The answer is Yes, No, Maybe.

In my Argosy I started to paint with Latex & it wasn't sticking, so covered
with Kills (latex sealer) then with Latex & it worked OK.
Two points:
1.  Kills needs lots of ventelation & will give you a killer headacke, so I
doubt the fumes are healthy.
2.  Experimenting with a old $2,000 trailer is easier than a almost new AS.
