I bought a new tow vehicle and will have to get a new brake controller 
installed.  Any suggestions for what brand to use?

The one I had applied the brakes when the hazard lights were activated.  Is 
this normal?  Can this bad behavior be eliminated by readjusting the level of 
the brake control unit?

I still like the old hydraulic brake control units, but I understand that 
they are not compatible with the new tow vehicle brake systems.
