[A/S] Newbie with a wiring problem

Hello Everyone,

I recently purchased a 1973 23' Airstream  TradeWind and I'm really
enjoying it so far, however I'm having some problems with the running
lights. The running lights recently quit working after I was doing
restoring the turn and backup lights in the tail light assembly;
there was a lot of rust in the backup and tail ights... the bulb
holders were so rusted I couldn't put new bulbs in. To make a long
story short, after I removed, reconditioned and replaced the turn and
backup lights I lost the running lights. I'm concernedd that I
pulled too much slack on the green wire when I replaced the turn
signal lights and shorted the green wire connection to either the
rear running lights or license plate light. The thing that seems
weird to me is that I get no spark anywhere on any ends of the green
wire I test so I don't know if that means I shorted pulling the slack
or if my harness in my truck is blown.

Any tips or suggestions on how to track this down would be greatly
appreciated!

Thanks!
Lou Sawyer
