I removed the belly pan from the underside of my Thadewind it was in bad . 
there were no little animals bedded there the insulation was in perfact 
shape.It stayed open most of the summer until I rewired the trailer and 
figured what to use to replace the junky aluminum.still no provlem. Finaly 
replaceb with Epoxy saturated 1/4 in ply. This trailer set in Florida For a 
long time. is this provlem overestimated?
