Very intresting! I've read were people have just broke the inside 
window & cleaned the out side window & left it that way. My A/S is in 
storage, so I can't see it right now, but I think one of my widows 
only has the out side window glass in it. I keep the covers pulled 
over the 3windows, so I seldom ever see them. My 77/31' has the three 
same kind of windows below the big windows that open. The material 
between these windows have slide down about 1/2 way on one of the 
lower window & looks really bad. The other two don't look much 
better. I would like to fix these ugly windows. Does any one know if 
this method would work on the lower windows? If just removing the 
trim ring & the inter window comes out, why doesn't every one fix 
this problem? Sounds easy.
