Manual, I think it's a good chance that all four tires are the same age. You
can read the date code and tell for sure. My guess is that the trailer was
parked in such a way that the two Michelins on the left side got more sun
exposure and thus deteriorated faster that the two on the right which may
have been shaded or covered.
If it were me, I would replace all four tires. Radial tires made more
recently are supposed to be more forgiving as to which side of the vehicle
they are run on but some manufactures still recommend against a "X" pattern
for tire rotation. I have owned radials that could be switched front to back
but not switched from one side to the opposite side. You might be able to
switch one of your Michelins to the left side so you have the same tire on
the axle but it may not give good service. I don't know specifically if the
XCA tire can be run "backward" satisfactorily or not.
