Good paint, surface properly preped (without
acid,)properly applied, will last 15 to 20 years,
regardless of weather. Plasticoat lasts 3-4 years, in
hot weather areas. Cost per year for good paint is 25
percent of what plasticoat costs, per year. While good
paint does cost more, you get "what you pay for".  Max
