[A/S] Anodized Airstreams.

I had a brainstorm (ouch) while watching tv. I saw a bright blue some kind of 
vehicle in the background of a scene.  It made me fantasize about Airstream 
putting out bright red, blue, etc anodized units. Kind of like the Maglite 
flashlites?  I would think they would appeal to that younger crowd they are 
trying to woo with the new small units.

Tom kind of burst my bubble when he said anodized alum is only skin deep and 
may not hold up so well esthetically.  Although he said that there is a  kind 
of khaki green that was used on boat accessories that seemed to do well

Anyone see any possibliities in this?   Oh, and BTW, if I were to have our 
Bambi painted I would want Candy Apple Red. ;o)  Could I still join WBCCI?
