I think that the $400 GT is a great bargain and if it is not leaking and will 
be safe to pull, just use it as is until you decide to fix it or sell it.  
Even if you only used it as a guest room, it would be a bargain, you can't 
buy a pop up trailer or a tent for that price.  Make it weather proof and use 
it as a converstaion piece!
