Glad to hear of your maiden voyage and its success!
Yes, the fridge must be as level as possible, especially side to side
(as viewed from the fridge, normally front-to-rear of the trailer).
Camping World, among others, carries the gadget you want, but it must be
calibrated upon installation by using a carpenter's level.
Our trailers have both had "Bal" stabilizer jacks bolted to the bottom
of the frame. Again, C.W. carries them. You may have to use a small
channel-iron cross piece to get full support on both ends of the jack.
These things are a crank-down affair with a single leg and are NOT meant
to level the trailer, just stabilize it. You can level just a bit by
reefing on the jacks, but you can't correct a major off-level condition.
