Jim, we found a Rubbermaid one that fits at Target. 
You have to look close at the sizes since there are
some dual sink mats which are slightly too large. 
I'll let Hunter sing the virtues of the Lynx levelers.
 I have a couple of sets of them.

Other things I find handy is the little "L" elbow that
screws into your outside fresh water hookup (this
allows you to attach your hose vertically and takes
the stress off the point where the hose connector
joins the hose material.  I bought a 20' sewer hose
rather than use the 10' model that the dealer
supplies.  I always take the upgraded strength model
sewer hose since the standard version is easily
punctured.  I bought my first sewer hose slinky for
supporting the hose.  It's neat!  I also bought a
Presto-Fit coupler and slide in hose adapter that
allows a good fit into the campsite sewer line.  I
installed a Tamarak bubble level to ease leveling the
trailer.  

Since your Safari only has one step, you might
consider a folding step to ease exit and entry from
the trailer. I bought one from Camping World that is
large enough to provide a safe step to the ground.

I also bought a lightweight two step aluminum ladder
from Home Depot.  It has a nice Airstream blue top. 
It's just tall enough for me to allow me the ability
to unscrew the Zip-Dee awning knob locks by hand. 
This is far superior than using the rod and attempting
to turn the knob, hole by hole.  The ladder weighs
almost nothing and I keep it and the step in the back
compartment by the rear bumper.  

I bought a 25' 30 amp RV extension cord but have not
found it necessary to use so far.  I bought an analog
voltage meter that I keep plugged in to monitor
voltage conditions.  My last toy was a small weather
radio that uses county codes.  Since I plan most of my
stops ahead of time, I preload the county codes of the
campgrounds where I stay.  This assures me that the
radio will only activate when I'm truly in a warning
area.

That's most of the stuff we bought for the new Safari
this year.
