Meguires web site has a lot of good info ck it out rather than me trying to 
repeat it here.  i stopped washing my vehs, boat and airstream in dish 
detergent.   auto/rv washes are designed not to dry out the finish.
Remember that dishes do not have a clear coat that need to be protected.
