welcome to the airstream list . I always like to hear about people 
trying to do things in an ecological way .
  Regarding aircrete insulation , its great insulation ,however for an 
airstream application,I dont think it would be a good product in that it 
is so rigid , and the trailer structure would `nt flex
as it is designed to do . So either the trailer framing ,or the aircrete 
would crack as a result of road vibration.Check out Healthy Homes 
website for hi tech airstream insulation info . I dont know
if you can beat fiberglass for trailer applications , as nasty as it may 
be...
