[A/S] Air Krete insulation

Greetings Air Streamers!

I'm new, and I have a lot of questions. I'll put them each in different
threads.

I am researching doing Air Stream restorations/renovations in the most
environmentally sound and offgrid energy way possible.

So.... Solar & wind power, incinolet toilets, and other things are
high on my interest list.

Meanwhile.....question number one.

Has anyone used Air Krete foam insulation?

Does it adhere well to metal skin? Does it hold up under road vibration?
Does it weigh alot? What about spraying up and around
and on the ceiling? I know they have tech's to do it...but....ya gotta
wonder if it will plop off while still wet.

It is made of a super light weight special concrete foam which is mixed
with polystyrene (possibly from post consumer coffee
cups, etc).

It is environmentally friendly, non-toxic, rodent resistent ( I own
parrots - bird seed attracts rodents), comes from some
recycled products, is a fire retardent....and does a really GOOD job of
insulating from heat/cold.

Anyone else try it?

I'm in Los Angeles btw......

Thanks!

Birdie
