Concerning Pollard's RV service:

On the WBCCI AASW caravan 3-4 years ago, My AC unit started dripping inside 
as we approached Mississippi. I tried to fix it myself (I usually am able 
to fix simple things) bu was not able to find the problem. We stopped by 
Pollard's place and they were able to get on it within a hour or so. The 
Mechanic found a plugged drain and cleaned it out pretty quickly. I was 
back on the road, rejoined the caravan the same day, and was only about $50 
poorer. The mechanic seemed pretty competent and seemed to do a good job, 
replacing all the screws in the AC topside, etc (I checked later). I was/am 
a happy camper.

On the other hand, the place is a MESS. They seem to be trying to put 3 
acres of stock on a 2 acre lot, and looks like they don't believe in ever 
cleaning up. You really want to have a good look before just driving in so 
you don't get trapped and have to back out There is a place to park across 
the road, but it is a VERY BUSY highway to walk across.
