Tom,
Don said in a very nice way what I was intending to say. But you are right, 
you were treated rudely and it's very sad to think that a person who has made 
such an important purchase should have the experience spoiled by a rude 
'businessman'. Texans aren't supposed to be rude - I always think of them and 
Okies as the 'salt-of-the-earth' type (I was born in Texas). ;o)

We purchased a 1998 Bambi in December 99. It was like new and as far as we 
know it has no problems to be fixed. Since I've read so many accounts here of 
people having to have warranty work done on new units I just wonder what all 
had to be done for the original owner of our unit.

BTW, welcome to the list - I hope that you have nothing but fun things happen 
with your trailer from now on.
