Lucky you, I love Durango... I stayed at Hermosa Meadows Campground... Loved 
it!

 below freezing much of the winter (now, fast approaching).  Luckily, 
 we have electric and sewer hookups right here on our property, but 
 may have to have a water line installed that is available directly to 
 the trailer.  I really need your help....anyone out there had any 
 experience insulating water storage tanks??  I have also heard that 
 Airstream sells skirting to help diminish heat loss.  Thanks! jch  >>

I lived in my trailer last December in below freezing temps.  It was down to 
7 and 9 degrees at night.

I unhooked the hose at night and hooked it back up during the sunny days when 
it went above freezing...
I also kept the heat cranked up.... using one 30# tank of propane every 3 
days!!!

Lots of people do live in trailers in the winter, and from what I've seen, 
they get the gas company to bring out a big tank... and hook into it.... 
instead of tanking the tanks in twice a week to get refilled.

I have seen water hoses wrapped in lots of insulation...and insulated skirts 
all around the trailer.  

If it were me, I would do Durango in the summer (I plan to one of these 
years) and head south for the worst months (c:
