Mary,
 I was thinking/suggesting that you add an outlet in the kitchen area,
but not necessarily in the wall. The insulation in the wall, plus the
ribs, prevent pulling a wire very far. Depending on your layout, you
might be able to install a receptacle in the wall of a closet or cabinet
that would be handy to the kitchen, and route the wiring to it through
the cabinetry, back to the breaker panel. Most of the coach has cabinets
along the walls, so it should be possible to hide the wiring.
