I would strongly suggest you NOT use the Airstream aluminum skin or
superstructure as the ground for a grounding receptacle.  The 
Airstream panel bondings were never intended to be electrically 
conductive, and indeed, with oxidation and corrosion they may have a 
high resistance.

The best means to ground outlets is to use a grounding wire to a 
common neutral point of your shorepower leadin.  At that point the 
leadin ground is bonded to the steel frame so alternately you could 
bolt a lug to the steel frame of the A/S and use that.  Remember that 
the ground is used to carrry fault currents if something fails, and if 
you don't have an effective low-resistance circuit from the outlet 
ground to the leadin ground, YOU or whatever is in contact with the 
failed appliance may be the path of least resistance- ie, bad shock or 
worse.

Best to get an RV electrician.
