Depending on the model number of the unit you now have
will tell if the valve is replacable. Try snugging up
the thermocouple nut into the base of the gas valve,
90% of the time thats what keeps the pilot from
staying lit. I have pictures of new style
Atwood/Bowens installed in different units in the
files section under install pictures
