It is not possible to "flip the axle" or reverse the springs on your
Airstream. Main problem is there are no springs. If you are backing in
while still hitched up with an equalizer hitch of some sort you might
release the spring bars and allow the hitch load to lower the front end
and thereby raise the rear end. Another option, which I use, is to come
at the driveway at an angle rather than straight at it.
