I have one in my '63 Bambi. I don't have a refrigerator vent, so I ran the
wires through my regular roof vent, through the kitchen cabinets and then
into the back of the refrigerator. The fan itself is mounted near the bottom
of the refrigerator, blowing up on the coils.

By the way, I think it really does improve the cooling performance.
