[A/S] Flush Valve-'Black' Tank

    We have a '72 31' rear bath. We can't get at our black holding tank 
valve.  We don't like it - can we move it to the outside so we can get 
at the valve?  Since we have no grey holding tank is it possible to make 
a second drain for the grey water which now shares the drain with the 
black water? 
   We have searched the archives but have not found our answer (so 
far)...are we blind
