Hi Jack

If the discharge air is maintaining a 20 degree spread, but the inside temp 
is only about 10 degrees cooler than there are only two possibilties. The AC 
unit is too small, and /or the insulation is not as good as your Excella was. 
 The trailer I just sold was an 87 prowler. It was 29' long, had HUGE 
windows, very poorly insulated and had  A Duo Therm 13,500 BTU unit. In the 
local desert with the outside temp around 98, the trailer was a very cool and 
comfortable 75. Is there anyway the dealer would simply trade out the AC unit 
for a different one?Considering it is under waranty and you are obviously 
unhappy with it?Just a thought.
