None yet.  I haven't spoken to a person from A/S since my inital 
call.  This latest communication was from a different person and by 
email.  I'm hoping to hear back from the original person I talked to.

I offered to take the trailer back to the dealership and for them to 
use a different thermometer to measure the inside temperature.  I 
also asked for them to consider firing up a new trailer that is a 
duplicate of mine and run both trailers side by side and see which 
one stays cool.....wouldn't it be interesting if the new one was no 
better?
