Dealer supposedly did all these checks when he had my
trailer in for service last week.  I know he had the
outer shroud off since he didn't put it back on
correctly. :(  I took care of that Sunday when I
washed the trailer.

Since I have spent this much time on all these posts,
I'll be sure to let you all know what the final
resolution is.  A/S hasn't answered my email so I
think I will give them a call today.
